These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using the online queue management service provided by Queueue ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Content)

  • The Service provides online tools for stores and similar establishments to manage queue/waiting lists.
  • The Service is provided free of charge.
  • The Service can be used without login registration.

Article 2 (User Responsibility)

  • Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility.
  • The Service assumes no responsibility for any disputes arising between store operators and visitors.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
  • Registration of false information
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or excessive request transmission
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Service

Article 4 (Queue Order and Calling)

  • The calling order can be freely controlled by store administrators.
  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or certainty of delivery of queue order notifications.
  • Display delays or delivery failures may occur due to communication environment or device conditions.

Article 5 (Data Handling)

  • Registered data may be automatically deleted after a certain period.
  • The Service does not guarantee the preservation or restoration of data.
  • Data may be used in a non-personally identifiable form for service improvement and statistical analysis.

Article 6 (Advertisement Display)

  • The Service may display advertisements delivered by third parties.
  • The Service assumes no responsibility for advertisement content or advertised services.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  • The Service may change, suspend, or terminate its content without prior notice.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  • Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the operator or rightful owners.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  • The Service assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
