Join the queue via QR code

Learn how customers join the queue with Queueue. Simply scan the QR code and get in line.

Steps

1. Scan the QR code

Use your smartphone camera or a QR code reader app to scan the QR code displayed at the store.

2. Open the reception page

After scanning, your browser will open the store's reception page. You'll see the store name and instructions to "Select party size and join the queue."

3. Enter party size

• Use the "-" and "+" buttons to select the number of people (1–99, default is 1)
• Tap "Join" when the displayed number is correct

4. Check your position

After tapping "Join," your queue number and current position will be displayed. Keep this page open to see automatic updates.

Notes

• No account required: You don't need to enter your name or email
• Notifications: When your number is called, the page will show "You've been called" (email notifications may be available in some cases)
• Leave the queue: You can cancel anytime by tapping "Leave the queue"
