Let customers join via QR code

With Queueue, customers can easily join the queue by scanning the QR code.

Steps

1. Get the QR code

1. Open the admin dashboard
2. Click the "Print QR code" link in the header
3. The print page opens with the QR code displayed

2. Display the QR code

Place the printed QR code in a visible location near the entrance or waiting area. We recommend placing it at chest to waist height for comfortable scanning.

3. Guide customers

• Saying "Please scan the QR code to join the queue" helps first-time users
• Let customers know they don't need to download an app

Tips

• Use the poster display (/poster/[slug]) to show the QR code and current call number together on a digital screen
• The poster display works well on tablets and monitors
