Call and no-show updates require the reception page to stay open.
What to try
- Reload the page — Use the browser refresh or close and reopen via the QR code
- Keep the page in the foreground — On mobile, switching apps or sleep can stop updates. Keep the reception page visible
- Check your connection — Poor Wi‑Fi or mobile data can delay updates

Email and LINE notifications are planned for the future. Right now, updates only appear on the reception page.
