If the page doesn't update when called

Call and no-show updates require the reception page to stay open.

What to try

  1. Reload the page — Use the browser refresh or close and reopen via the QR code
  2. Keep the page in the foreground — On mobile, switching apps or sleep can stop updates. Keep the reception page visible
  3. Check your connection — Poor Wi‑Fi or mobile data can delay updates
