Create a queue

You can create a Queueue shop from the top page in under 3 minutes. No account registration or credit card required.

Steps

1. Open the top page

Open the Queueue top page.

2. Enter your shop name

Enter your shop or event name in the "Shop name" field. Examples: ABC Café, School Festival Reception, etc.

3. Click "Create shop"

Click the "Create shop" button. Your shop will be created and you'll see the success screen.

4. Save the URLs

After creation, two URLs will be displayed. Be sure to save them.

• Admin URL … For staff to call numbers and manage the queue
• Reception URL … For customers to access via QR code

Both use hard-to-guess alphanumeric strings, and the admin and reception URLs are different.

Note

• Shops created in the same browser can be accessed from "Shops created in this browser" on the top page
• Keep the admin URL private. Only share the reception URL (via QR code) with customers
