If your plans change and you want to leave the queue, you can cancel via "Leave the queue."
Steps
- Keep the reception page open
- Tap the "Leave the queue" link at the bottom
- Confirm cancellation in the dialog

Notes
- You can cancel after being called: You can cancel even after your number has been called, before you arrive
- Rejoin anytime: After canceling, you can scan the QR code again to get a new spot
- Marked as no-show: If the store marks you as no-show, you can tap "Join again" on the same page to rejoin
