About call notifications

Currently, call notifications in Queueue work by updating the reception page.

How it works now

  • When customers keep the reception page (/s/[slug]) open, it automatically shows "Called" when their turn comes
  • The page updates in near real time, with periodic refresh as a fallback; no extra setup is needed
  • If marked "No show," the page updates and they can join again from the same screen

Coming soon

  • Email notifications — Get notified by email when called (planned)
  • LINE notifications — Get notified via LINE when called (planned)
