Share shop page URL

To let customers join the queue, you need to share the reception URL. The most common method is the QR code.

Sharing methods

Via QR code (recommended)

1. Open the "Print QR code" link from the admin dashboard
2. Print and display at the entrance, or show on a tablet/poster display
3. Customers scan with their phone to access the reception page

QR codes are the easiest method and avoid typos.

Share the URL directly

You can also share the reception URL (e.g. https://queueue.net/en/s/xxxxx) on SNS, email, or bulletin boards. Customers can tap the link to open the reception page.

Important

• The reception URL and admin URL are different. Only share the reception URL with customers. Keep the admin URL for staff only.
• The reception URL is publicly accessible. Without the admin URL, you cannot manage the queue.
