Proxy registration
When customers without a smartphone want to join the queue, staff can register them from the admin dashboard.
Steps
- Open the admin dashboard
- Expand the "Add Entry" section
- Enter the customer's name (optional; nickname or "Party #" is fine)
- Select the party size with "-" and "+"
- Click "Add"
The added party will appear in "Waiting" and can be called and marked complete like any other party.
Notes
- Names are for identification and are not required
- Proxy-registered parties can be called, marked complete, or marked as no-show just like regular entries
