Call not updating

The call may not appear on the customer's screen immediately.

Possible causes

  1. Network / sync delay … The page updates in near real time, with periodic refresh as a fallback. It usually appears quickly, but can take a few seconds to tens of seconds in some conditions.
  2. Background tab … If another tab is in the foreground, updates may be delayed. Bring the reception page tab to the front.
  3. Network … Poor connection can delay updates.

What to do

  • Ask the customer to keep the reception page open
  • If it doesn't update after about 10 seconds, have them refresh the page

For shop staff

If the admin shows "Called", the call was processed successfully.
