Height

• Chest to waist height is easy for most people to scan
• Avoid placement that forces customers to bend down

Location

• Entrance … Visible as soon as customers enter
• Waiting area tables … Customers can scan after sitting
• Near register or counter … Easy to ask staff for help

Number of copies

Multiple QR codes in different spots reduce confusion. Having them at both the entrance and waiting area helps during busy times.

Poster display setup

• Tablet in portrait … Poster display is optimized for portrait
• Eye-level height … Easy to see when standing
• Power … Keep it plugged in for all-day display

Tips

• A sign saying "Scan the QR code to join the queue" helps first-time users
• Staff can guide customers during rush times
