Call specific number

To call a specific party instead of using "Next" (e.g., to prioritize larger groups), use the "Call" button on each party.

Steps

1. Open the admin dashboard
2. In the "Waiting queue" list, click the "Call" button for the party you want to call
3. That party will move to "Called"

• You can call any number regardless of wait order
• Useful for flexible operations such as prioritizing larger groups
