Admin dashboard overview

The admin dashboard is a dedicated page for managing your shop's queue. Access it via the admin URL (/admin/[admin_slug]).

Dashboard layout

Top section & shop settings accordion

• Shop name … Shown at the top of the page (read-only)
• "Shop settings & reception" accordion … Expand to access the following (closed by default):
  • Edit shop name … Click the edit icon to change the shop name
  • Business hours … Click the edit icon to change business hours (timezone, open/close times)
  • Print QR code … Link to the print page
  • Poster display … Link to the in-store display page
  • Pause acceptance … Temporarily stop new customers from joining. See Pause acceptance & reset queue for details
  • Reset queue … End the current queue. The next join will start a new session (numbers from 1 again)

Waiting queue

Waiting parties are listed here. Each entry shows the following information and a "Call" button.

• Queue number (sequential per session, starting from 1)
• Party size
• Name (if proxy-registered)
• Join time

Called

Called parties are listed here. Each entry has "Complete" and "No-show" buttons.

Staff registration (accordion)

Register customers who don't have a smartphone. Expand the accordion to show the form for entering name and party size.

Note

• Outside business hours, customers cannot join (the reception page will show "Cannot join outside business hours")
• The admin URL is different from the reception URL. Keep it secure and don't share it publicly
• Shops created in the same browser can be found on the top page under "Shops created in this browser"
