Queueue lets you do the following.

For shops

• Create a shop instantly: Enter your shop name to get admin URL, reception URL, and QR code automatically
• Reception via QR code: Display the QR (printed or on poster screen) for customers to scan
• Manage from admin: Call next in line, call a specific number, mark as completed or no-show
• Proxy registration: Staff can enter name and party size for customers without smartphones
• Edit shop name: Change your shop name from the admin dashboard

For customers

• No app required: Just scan the QR code and use in your browser
• Party size: Select 1–99 people to join the queue
• Check status: See your number and current position in real time
• Leave queue: Cancel anytime with "Leave queue"
• 5 languages: The screen opens automatically in Japanese, English, Korean, or Chinese (Traditional or Simplified) based on the phone's language settings, and call notifications arrive in the customer's language (learn more)
