How Queueue works

Queueue's queue flow is complete in just 4 steps. No paper, no app, no login required.

Overall flow

1. Shop creates … Enter shop name and create with one click
2. Display QR … Print the QR code and post it somewhere visible (e.g., near the entrance)
3. Customers register … Customers scan the QR, select party size, and join
4. Call them … Use "Next" or "Call" from the admin dashboard

Shop flow

① Create your shop

• Enter your shop name
• Create with one click
• Dedicated URL and QR code are generated automatically

No hassle. Start using it right away.

② Display the QR code

Post the printed QR code near the entrance so customers can scan and join the queue from their phones.

For iPad or digital signage, use the poster display page from the admin dashboard.

③ What you can do in the admin

• Call the next party
• Call in any order (e.g., prioritize larger parties)
• Mark no-shows
• Mark as completed to end reception
• View party count and totals
• Staff can add entries by entering name and party size (for customers without phones)
• Set business hours (customers cannot join outside these hours)
• Pause acceptance and reset queue (when full or to start a new session)

You can access your shops again from the same device and browser. Use "Shops created on this browser" on the top page.

Customer flow

① Scan the QR code

Select party size and register. No app download needed.

② After registering

• See your current wait status
• Cancel by yourself
• Rejoin from the same screen if you missed your call

You can leave the line. If plans change, cancel with "Leave queue."
