Customer can't join (outside hours / paused)
If customers cannot join the queue after scanning the QR code, check the following.
1. Outside business hours
Queueue only allows customers to join during business hours.
How to check
- Open the admin dashboard and check the business hours (e.g., 11:00–20:00) shown under the shop name
- Verify whether the time the customer is trying to join falls within that range
What to do
- To change business hours, click the edit icon next to business hours and update the settings

2. Acceptance paused
If Pause acceptance is on, customers cannot join even during business hours.
How to check
- In the admin dashboard, make sure the "Pause acceptance" toggle is off
What to do
- Turn the toggle off to allow customers to join again

3. Other causes
- QR code won't scan … See QR code won't scan
- Network or browser issues … Try a different connection or browser, or reload the page
