Manual ticket creation

Staff can enter customer names and party sizes to issue queue tickets. Use Queueue numbers instead of paper tickets.

  1. Open "Add Entry" in the admin dashboard
  2. Enter a name (e.g., "Smith party," "Party of 3")
  3. Select party size (1–99)
  4. Click "Add"

Once registered, the party appears in "Waiting." You can call them by name when it's their turn.

Notes

  • Names are for store identification; customers don't need a smartphone
  • To add multiple parties, add them one by one
