Manual ticket creation
Staff can enter customer names and party sizes to issue queue tickets. Use Queueue numbers instead of paper tickets.
Steps
- Open "Add Entry" in the admin dashboard
- Enter a name (e.g., "Smith party," "Party of 3")
- Select party size (1–99)
- Click "Add"
Once registered, the party appears in "Waiting." You can call them by name when it's their turn.
Notes
- Names are for store identification; customers don't need a smartphone
- To add multiple parties, add them one by one
