Admin page won't open

If the admin page won't open, check the following.

Checklist

1. Correct URL … The admin URL is the alphanumeric string shown when the shop was created. It is different from the reception URL (/s/...).
2. Copy errors … Long URLs can be truncated. Verify the full URL was copied correctly.
3. Browser cache … Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) if old cached data might be causing issues.
4. Network … Ensure you have an internet connection.

If you forgot the admin URL

Shops created in the same browser on the same device are listed on the top page under "Shops created in this browser". They are not shown on other devices or browsers.
