Receive call notifications

Queueue notifies you when called in three ways: the reception page itself, a sound/vibration alert while it's open, and an optional Web Push notification that works even after you close the page.

How it works

• With the reception page left open, when your number is called it will automatically display "You've been called. Please come to the counter."
• Updates are pushed in near real time, with periodic refresh as a fallback, so changes usually appear quickly
• The moment you're called (or marked no-show), Queueue also plays a chime and vibrates your device if the page is open, even in the background

Turning on Web Push notifications

• While waiting, tap "Enable notifications" on the reception page and allow the browser permission prompt
• Once enabled, you'll get a browser notification when called or marked no-show — no need to keep the page open or on screen
• Works out of the box on Android and desktop browsers. On iPhone (Safari), you must first add the page to your Home Screen — see "About call notifications" for details
