How to use poster display

The poster display is a dedicated page for tablets and monitors at your shop. It shows the QR code, current call number, and waiting count in one view.

Steps

1. Open the poster display URL

1. Click "Poster display" in the admin dashboard header
2. The poster page (/poster/[slug]) opens

2. Display in full screen

• On tablet or PC, use full screen mode (F11) so it works well as a shop display
• Portrait orientation is recommended

3. Updates

The display updates in near real time, with periodic refresh as a fallback, so the call number and waiting count stay current. No manual refresh needed.

Display contents

• Shop name
• QR code (for customers to scan and join)
• Instructions (① Scan QR → ② Enter party size → ③ Get your number)
• Current call number
• Waiting count
• Call history (recent call numbers)
• Notes (what to do if you miss your turn)

Tips

• Header, footer, and language switcher are hidden for a clean look
• This is a public page; it is separate from the admin URL
