About admin URL

Queueue issues two types of URLs: the reception URL and the admin URL. The admin URL is for staff only.

What is the admin URL?

The admin URL (e.g. https://queueue.net/en/admin/yyyyy) is used to:

• Call numbers
• Mark as complete or no-show
• Proxy registration by staff
• Edit shop name
• Access QR code printing and poster display

Difference from reception URL

	Reception URL	Admin URL
Purpose	For customers to join the queue	For staff to operate
Sharing	OK to share with customers	Staff only
Security	Hard to guess	Separate from reception URL, hard to guess

Note

• If you forget the admin URL, you can access shops created in the same browser from "Shops created in this browser" on the top page
• To access from another device, enter the admin URL you saved when creating the shop
